Plug In ICA accepts exhibition and project proposals from artists and curators at any time. These proposals are reviewed every 2–3 months by the curator, based on relevance to the vision and programming of the gallery. Our floorplan can be referenced in the case of site-specific installations. Those making submissions should take note that programming is usually scheduled 2–3 years in advance.

Regarding the contents of a package, we request:

• an artist statement and/or project proposal
• CV
• images (preferably on CD or in print, rather than slides); if video is being submitted, please put it on DVD or VHS format
• press materials (if applicable)

If you want materials to be returned please express this request in the package and provide an adequately sized, self-addressed envelope. If not, submissions will be kept on file but may be edited for storage.
