Plug In ICA Announces New Interim Operations Manager Erin Josephson-Laidlaw
Erin Josephson-Laidlaw will be acting as Plug In Institute of Contemporary Art’s Interim Operations Manager until January 2021 while Angela Forget is on maternity leave. Erin has been with Plug In as bookshop manager since January 2017 and previously held positions with the organization as gala coordinator, public programming intern, gallery attendant, and volunteer. She has worked with Plug In’s staff, volunteers, and board members on various projects and as bookshop manager she coordinated and developed Plug In ICA’s Prairie Art Book Fair, established an online catalogue for our research library, built our shop inventory, represented Plug In at book fairs in Vancouver and New York, and arranged pop-ups throughout Winnipeg. She studied fine art and architecture and has exhibited artwork within Canada and the US.
