Annual General Meeting 2022

Plug In ICA will hold its Annual General Meeting on Monday, October 24, 6 pm at Rae and Jerry’s Steakhouse located at 1405 Portage Avenue. Please join us at 5:30 pm to settle in. Plug In will provide appetizers and drinks will be available for purchase. Everyone is welcome; but in order to vote you must be a member in good standing (membership must be paid for a day before the meeting commences).

Plug In ICA will present our annual report and our audited financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2022. New members of the Board of Directors will be elected.

Please email erin@plugin.org to RSVP and you will be sent supporting documents ahead of the meeting. If you face any barriers to attending please include this in your message and we will work to provide alternative arrangements.


If you have not yet acquired a membership or are due to renew yours- now’s the time!

For the next month leading up to the AGM, visitor memberships will be available at reduced rates:

Student/Artist: $20 (usually $30)

Visitor: $50 (usually $75)

Family: $65 (usually $90)

Members will receive sign-out privileges at the Library and Art Research Centre, 20% off all Plug In ICA publications and 10% off all merchandise and publications in the Bookstore.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our dedicated Board of Directors for their thoughtfulness and hard work. Plug In is dependent on their volunteer contributions. Through committee work they share professional knowledge and experiences, guiding the organization in reflection of its history into the future.

Stanley Wany’s exhibition For those who Chose the Sea was originally presented at the Ottawa Art Gallery and was curated by Catherine Sinclair.

Notes for Tomorrow is a traveling exhibition organized and produced by Independent Curators International (ICI) and initiated by Frances Wu Giarratano, Jordan Jones, Becky Nahom, Renaud Proch, and Monica Terrero. The exhibition was made possible with the generous support of the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, VIA Art Fund, and ICI’s Board of Trustees and International Forum.
